INCLUDED SERVICES
Prices include electricity, water, gas, final cleaning and parking. Air conditioning and heating if necessary on payment.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Credit card as guarantee required for confirmation of booking. Alternatively we accept a guarantee with a down payment of 50% of the total amount by bank transfer made out to Beatrix srl - Banca Popolare di Verona fil. di Bardolino IBAN: IT 77 V 05034 59260 000000030577. We accept the following credit cards: CartaSì, MasterCard, Amex, Visa.

On the day of arrival the keys are handed over from 15.00 to 18.30 at the reception of Residence Beatrix. Arrivals outside these hours must be agreed upon. A credit card is required at check-in as a deposit.

On the day of departure the flat must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. On departure, the client must leave the accommodation free of rubbish, the fridge empty, switched off and open, the dishes washed; otherwise the deposit will be retained.

During your stay the reception is open every day from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and from 3.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., unless otherwise stated. We speak the following languages: Italian, German, English.

Inside the Residence there is a coin-operated laundry room at your disposal.

Parking with extra charge.

We are located in the centre of town, 100 metres from the lake and 200 metres from the main square.

All flats are equipped with air conditioning and safe. Animals are allowed. The costs will be agreed at the time of booking.
